So that the idea of  relevant course of action of everyone could become bigger and it could have desire to get involved in various fields. So that the scope of thinking will be large, Experience and perception can also be generated at a good level and this affects growth in confidence.

  • Experience - Based on knowledge and understanding individual performance at the self- level ,gaining experience about the existence and about essence of work with the result of performance and pleasure of results ,all these contain the tasks of work. With the gained experience the desire of doing that work better or doing innovative work is born which leads to increase in confidence and simultaneously motivates new action.

  • Perception - Experience is achieved by performing with attachment at work and with the ability to manifest your knowledge through work - experience spontaneously is known as perception. The effect of the perception helps employees in expressing the work and knowledge and fruitful activities so that others can easily understand their point of view.
Conclusion:

So with knowledge gained from work and the perception gained from experience every employee becomes capable of creating profitable and win - win situation with the strength of individual performance . Initially he affects at small level and later the entire market over the time by practicing various types of event management.
